So… what happens next?
Look out for the confirmation email
You’ll shortly receive an email from Chimp Answers with the title “Thanks for booking your Mailchimp Kickstart Training Session“.
If you don’t see it, make sure to check your spam/promo folder to see if it ended up there… and if you do find it, drag the email into your inbox.
You should also receive a receipt for your purchase made from our billing software.
Check your details
Make sure the details of your booking are right – they’ll be in the email – if they’re not, or you want to change your mind and attend one of the other sessions, then just email us here to update your information.
Look out for Reminders
You’ll receive reminders from us (and our webinar provider) about the course in the build up to the session and all you need to do is click the event link when your session is due to start to join in.
