So… what happens next?
Step 1
Look out for the confirmation email
You’ll shortly receive an email from Chimp Answers with the title “Thanks for purchasing your 121 Training Sessions“.
If you don’t see it, make sure to check your spam/promo folder to see if it ended up there… and if you do find it, drag the email into your inbox.
Step 2
Check your details
Make sure the details of your booking are right – they’ll be in the email – if they’re not, or you want to change your mind and attend one of the other sessions, then just email us and we can update them for you
Step 3
Await Your Codes
You’ll get an email shortly after from us with the unique codes that you can use to book your sessions along with a link to our 121 booking page.
Step 4
Book Your Session(s)
Choose the time and data you want for your sessions (remember they are shown in UK Time zone). If you can’t find something that fits – contact us directly and we’ll do our best to accommodate you
Step 5
Turn up to your Session(s)
We’ll be in touch before your booked session to get access to your Mailchimp Account so we’re familiar with it before the session so it’s 100% focused on what you need to know… and once the session is over, we’ll send you a link to download a copy of the session to watch again… and again.
