Here’s what’s going to happen next:

• The information you provided will allow us to create and send you a Non-Disclosure Agreement (unless one is already in place) to provide you with some extra peace of mind whilst we carry out the account check-up.
• When you receive this, please read it and digitally sign it.
• Once the NDA is signed, we’ll then request access to your Mailchimp Account through our Mailchimp agency set up (again, unless we already have access)- you won’t need to share passwords etc. with us (and once the analysis is complete, you can remove us from the account should you want to easily).
• This will come via an email from Mailchimp with our details on. Just click the link, log into your Mailchimp account and select the level ADMIN – we need this level of access so we can check what you’re billing level is and if it’s the right one.
• We’ll confirm back to you if we’ve got the right level of access and once we’ve got this sorted we can carry out the health check report
• … which will then be automatically delivered to you.
• As you’ve also booked a Support Call along with your Health Check Report, you’ll be given the opportunity to book the call at a time that suits you when you receive the Health Check Report.
