How long is a training session?

Due to the nature of an in-person training session, we’ve discovered that a 4 hour session (either as one block, or split into two x two hour sessions) is the best way to get the focus and detail that is needed to succeed.

Obviously, if there is more to cover, then we can do a full day session, but experience has indicated that breaking things delivers a better result for everyone.

How Much Does The Training Cost?

Each 4 hour session is charged at £350 (no VAT) plus mileage costs from SW London & any other agreed expenses (we can even be persuaded to stay a little longer with chocolate!).

Mileage is charged at 45p per mile for every mile over 40 miles total.

All costs are agreed and confirmed prior to the session being booked, so that it’s all completely transparent.

A non-refundable 50% deposit is charged at point of booking with the balance (£175 plus expenses) due within 7 days of the training session being completed. If the session is broken into 2 parts, then the balance is due within 7 days of the second session being completed.

 

Where Does The Training Take Place?

All 121 sessions are delivered at a location of your choice using your equipment. From experience, conducting training on your computer with your data is much more effective as it allows direct relevant examples, and means that as you learn, you implement on your marketing straight away.

Ideally this will be your office/work location, but if an alternative location is necessary, then it must offer a quiet environment to allow for the training to be conducted without interruption, easy access to coffee/tea (we need our caffeine!), and with a reliable internet connection.  We can help you to find appropriate locations, but all costs associated with such a location are to be born by you, the client.

What Happens If I Need To Cancel?

Sessions can be changed/rebooked up to 14 days prior to the agreed date, but any changes within 14 days may incur an additional cost.

If the course is cancelled within 14 days without rebooking, the full cost of course is charged.

If the course is cancelled outside of 14 days, only the deposit is charged.

How Many People Can Be Trained?

The 121 training is designed to be delivered to just you!  If you are looking for training for more than one person, please contact us directly so we can advise on the options available.

 

How Do I Know We'll Cover The Topics I Want?

In the initial discussions prior to the actual session, we cover the specific requirements you have, ensuring it’s tailored to your level and your needs.

It’s about ensuring you get what you need to succeed and so the initial chat prior to the session will establish these requirements.

Do I Get Any Other Benefits?

Every 121 training session comes with 30 days support after the session. We ask that you don’t abuse this… but typically if a query takes 10/15 minutes to solve, we’ll do our best to get it sorted.

 

What type of chocolate can I bribe you with?

If you want me to stay for a few extra minutes over the allocated time, chocolate is usually a good way of doing it. Current favourite is Hershey’s Cookies & Cream… but i’m partial to most Cadbury chocolate as well (as long as it doesn’t have dead flies (i.e. raisins) in it!).
