The instructor for this course is Robin Adams, a career marketer who has worked at the sharp end of both massive global companies and small independent traders. With over 20 years marketing experience and an MBA, his unique combination of technical adeptness and marketing know-how ensures you get not only the skills but the bigger picture of how it all fits together.
Over the last 5 years, Robin has become very intimate with the MailChimp software and knows the best way to get the most from this accessible yet powerful system.
In fact – unlike many trainers out there.. ROBIN ONLY USES MAILCHIMP for his email marketing – which ensures his knowledge and skills are always cutting edge. Of course, this means all the courses are up to date and relevant with the latest developments.

Course Details – Introduction to MailChimp
The course is a half day course, starting promptly at either 10am or 2pm and running for 3 hours. Depending on the location, Tea & Coffee will be provided as part of the course and there will be a comfort break halfway through the session. All our locations are of a very high standard so that you ensure that you have the best environment and atmosphere for learning.
The investment for attending the course is £69 (no VAT) and you will get a full copy of the presentation emailed to you to refer to afterwards.
We limit the number of attendees of any Introductory Course to a maximum of 10. Any more and candidates would not get the focus that they deserve on their own issues.
As the course is a “presentation” course, you don’t need to have access to nor bring along a laptop, however there’s nothing stopping you bringing one along to follow through the demonstration.
The course is a 3 hour presentation (with breaks) and some time at the end for questions – however due to the constraints of time and scope of MailChimp, the goal of the course is to answer some basic questions and build a foundation. If you are looking to actually start building your own system and want some hands on advice, then a full day implementation session, such as the Kickstart course might be more appropriate.
Course pre-qualifications: This course is an entry level course, and as such the only pre-qualifications are a desire to learn more about MailChimp and how it can help you & your business.
Once you’ve booked on to the course, you’ll receive full joining instructions and anything else you need to know prior to the day (sent out via MailChimp of course!)

Robin delivered an amazing course on how to use Mailchimp Effectively. I attended expecting to hear things I already knew. Thankfully, I could not have been more wrong. Robin was extremely well prepared for the session and has a great rapport with the group. He got right into the important things that i and I'm sure many others missed when setting up their accounts. He was more than happy to divert from the course content to ensure that he answered any questions that were thrown at him. I am hoping to implement as much as possible that I have learnt from him. I just wish I could listen to his wisdom every day. I would definitely recommend that if you have the opportunity to listen to Robin, you should grab it with both hands.
Introduction to MailChimp – Use MailChimp to send marketing emails
Robin’s Kickstart MailChimp course was exactly what I needed – while it was very hands on and enabled me to get my MailChimp account set up properly and send an e-mail, he also explained the importance of the bigger picture of marketing and where e-mail marketing fits into that, what MailChimp can and can’t do and what the terminology means. This has been hugely helpful in making the process easy to understand and helping get straight to all the useful, need to know stuff, rather than me spending hours trying to work it out and not getting very far.
