One question that I get asked an awful lot when it comes to MailChimp is my open rates are so low – how do I resend a campaign to those who haven’t opened it?
MailChimp makes it very easy to target those people, and here’s a short video I recorded which gives you all the info you need to resend any campaign you’ve already sent, but just to those who didn’t open it the first time.
